I am a Greater Vancouver based Architectural Technologist with over 9 years of experience navigating the complexities of multi-family residentail and mixed-use projects.

From my education at BCIT to managing construction administration for projects like Wadams Farm, I have developed a deep expertise in Revit/BIM workflows and BC Building Code compliance. I specialize in bridging the gap between a design’s conceptual visual and its technical execution on site. This includes resolving on-site technical conflicts through detailed Site Instructions and RFI coordination to maintain project schedules.

Having worked extensively within Vancouver’s diverse Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry, I offer professional fluency in English and Cantonese. This dual-language capability allows me to facilitate clearer communication between developers, international consultants, and site crews, ensuring technical requirements are understood across all those involved in the project.

I also occasionally perform freelance drafting work for restaurants and commercial buildings that need floor plans for renovation applications.
