Wadams Farm is a multi-family residential development comprised of 54 single family houses and 20 townhouse buildings containing 78 units.

Design of the townhouses and houses, creation of drawings used for Rezoning, Development and Building Permits, and Construction was one of the roles in this project. Additionally, ensuring compliance for complex stair egress, and fire separations was a major task for this project due to its proximity to other buildings.
